First thing, Don’t touch the mic whoever was doing that.

Try coming up with a show format, Intros, whats new with you and the site, what your playing, maybe news (with your thoughts) follow it up with a review or two, maybe an interview

You guys did a pretty good job together, overall it was a great show.

And remember its all about the girth and what you do with it.(I don’t think the others picked up on that)

So when is the next one out? Can we except every (or every other) Thursday or Friday?

  2. chiahippo Says:

I think I was the one to touch the mic. I was about to sneeze and well at that moment I forgot my mic has a mute button lol. Also we did pick up on the girth thing but that was cut in the final show.

The show is only going to get better over time. Thrill and Mik are pro’s and I’m glad that I have an opportunity to work with such talent.

  3. Thrillhouse17 Says:

Oh we got it, but you have no idea how much editing went into this show. It was originally a 2 1/2 hour recording. How much was changed? I’ll let you backstage.

The Lair conversation began before the “show”, some continued after the “show” ended. Mik talked about what he was playing before Chia. The Heavenly Sword conversation was one of the last things we talked about as well. A TON got cut and reorganized.

  4. Steve519 Says:

ok, well thats another thing then, try to figure out what type of time line you want to have to pace yourselves on your discussions.

Thrill the editing was done really good, I didn’t even notice the cuts.

  5. The Other Guy 1 Says:

I could not get the show from i tunes. It say that it is no available in the US. :(

  6. Steve519 Says:

I just added it, it takes up to 24 hours to add to itunes

  7. Daniel Drake Says:

I gotta admit, I was expecting more. This podcast doesn’t bring anything new, opinions are generic, it has awful production values and the hosts are about as bland as a bowl of oats.

  8. The L1T1G4T0R Says:

Wow Mr. Drake. Let’s just hope your game turns out better on the PS3.

As far as the podcast goes, it was done at the last minute. Loads of scheduling problems.

CONSTRUCTIVE criticism would be nice. But it doesn’t matter…PSH Radio is just getting started.

    Stay tuned for “The Guesthouse.”

Nice effort guys. We’ll definitely be better soon.

  9. Rusty Ranchero Says:

Great job guys. As a podcaster, I know the show won’t get better unless you actually do them. There is no point in sitting around waisting time trying to plan the perfect show. Once you get a taste of an actual published show and feedback, then can you start to think and plan as you keep recording.

I sure the “negative” comments hurt. But take them to heart and not just with a grain of salt. Listener comments are the best secret weapon your show could have.

I think you guys have a great situation here with all of the hosts: you’re multi-platform console owners. If there is some way to set that as a theme and channel it throughout the show’s discussion, then maybe you’ll have something great to work with (IMO, and just a suggestion).

As an example, one thing that I found really interesting was that all three of you are getting COD4 for the 360 and NOT the PS3. (”Wait! this is PSH radio, right?”) That has to hurt some PS3 fans listening for the first time. Now I’m not asking any of you to lie and I’m glad that you didn’t. But I was thinking at that moment, it would have been a perfect time to drive that reason home. You guys are non-bias gamers and I think that the audiance should understand that before the PSH name gives them wrong ideas about you.

    -Rust.

    I like oats….

I know a lot more thought and planing will go into the next podcast. It’s only the beginning but every comment (bad and good) on what we can do better helps.

The format is liquid right now so it may change, the music may change (I liked it), one of the host may change (there are talks to replace me with Tommy the cursing chimp), but of course the theme will stay the same. It’s a rough start for sure but please bare with us. I guarantee that by Ep. 520 (Topic of Discussion: Sony buys a nuke WTF!?!) we will be the poop.

Just in case the term “poop” was in question. To clarify when I say poop I’m talking about the type that your proud of so you show your wife with a big grin. Not the type that’s a result of a bad steak or a bad night of drinking.

Once again thanks for the comments guys keep them coming.

Good show guy. It sounds like Daniel Drake has allot of hate built up inside. What I think you could do to improve our podcast is not to take advice from people like Daniel Drake cause all he wants to do is bring down the show. Good job and keep up the good work.

    TOG out.

  12. The Other Guy 1 Says:

I meant your podcast. But I would like to ride your coat tells.

  13. eton rifles Says:

hey, guys, just wanted to wish you good luck with the podcast. I have not listened to it yet but I did download it. I have been a fan on xbl radio for a long time so I know with time, the quality of the ‘cast will improve with practice.

  14. MrB4 Says:

I enjoyed the show, the thing about COD 4 threw me off a little. I am not a PS3 owner, but i did try the demo out for heavenly sword at a gamestop, and it was alot of fun.
